How to use:

Spray liberally onto required area and massage well into skin. Massage will help magnesium oil to absorb and increase blood flow to affected area. Upon contact skin may tingle but should desensitise after several applications. For overall absorption spray over arms and legs and rub well. Start with 2-3 daily sprays gradually increasing to 8-10, continue using as magnesium levels need time to increase in the body. Leave on the skin or rinse/wipe off any residue after 20 mins.
