WHAT’S IN THE VEGAN BOX, I CAN’T SEEM TO FIND A LIST OF PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yep, that’s because we don’t want to ruin the surprise!
But we can tell you that every month inside The Vegan Box you’ll find a combination of snacks, health food, natural skincare and eco lifestyle products – all 100% cruelty free.
The monthly vegan box is always guaranteed to contain at least $30 worth of goodies, and over $60 worth of products in our beauty box – so it’s great value for money, as well as being super convenient and fun!
Please note – whilst all of the products we feature are vegan, some products may have been made in facilities that use shared equipment – resulting in possible trace amounts of dairy/eggs (as many businesses do not have the luxury of owning vegan equipment) and you will see ‘may contain’ cautions on their labelling – if this is an issue for you please contact us and we will substitute such products in your order.
WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
All boxes are posted within the first 7 days of the month, regardless of when you place your order during the month, – and delivery times will depend on where you live (see shipping info below). For info on next shipping dates please see product descriptions in the ‘shop’. The Vegan Box sign up works on pre-orders for both monthly subscription and one-off orders. Shipping dates are as follows;
The Monthly Vegan Box; ships within the first 7 days of every month (ie. August 1st-7th, September 1st-7th, and so on)
The Vegan Beauty Box; ships within the first 7 days of every 2nd month, which is August, October, December, February, April, and June.
You can expect your box to turn up in the 2nd week of the month.
HOW DO I SIGN UP? AND WHEN IS MY PAYMENT PROCESSED?
Signing up is easy! All you need to do is hit the subscribe button on your box of choice (monthly vegan box or bimonthly beauty box). Your payment will come out on the day you place your first order, then recurring on that date every month (or every second month if you’ve ordered the Beauty Box).
If you would like to cancel your subscription you’ll need to do this a minimum of 24hrs prior to your monthly payment processing, we cannot refund you after the payment has been processed. To cancel simply login to your account via our homepage, and click ‘cancel’ next to your active order. If your subscription payment has already been processed we cannot refund and cancel your order. Shipping labels are printed directly to our warehouse once an order has been paid for, so we can neither cancel nor change the address once this has occurred.
You can also opt to just purchase a one-off box, you’ll find this option (for all boxes) under ‘gift the box‘, and this payment is processed via PayPal or Stripe (if you prefer to use a credit card) immediately, and does not reoccur as with the subscription boxes.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS, HOW CAN I DO IT?
Just sign into ‘account’ with the email address/user name and password you created when you placed your order initially, then you can change it from this screen easily!
You’ll need to ensure your address is updated a minimum of 48hrs prior to your payment processing (on the same day you originally signed up monthly/bimonthly). Your order will be automatically posted our to your old address if you change the address after payment has processed. If you have missed this please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update it on our side for you.
If you need to change the address on a GIFT SUBSCRIPTION please email us to do so – this will not be updated via the above method, as it is not a subscription/on going order. You will need to email us at email@example.com (please use the subject ‘GIFT SUBSCRIPTION ADDRESS CHANGE’) otherwise it will be automatically sent to the original address used when the order was placed. HELP – MY ORDER SAYS ‘PENDING’, HAS IT BEEN PLACED? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
If your order is marked as ‘pending’ this means you have not yet checked out via PayPal, and payment on our side has not been received. It can also mean that you have insufficient funds in your PayPal account, or associated bank accounts, and are unable to make payment at that time. Please checkout using the ‘pay now’ button on the screen and your order will then appear as complete (or processing and awaiting shipping)

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS & POLICIES?
The Vegan Box is posted with Sendle or Australia Post within Australia for just $3, we can provide you with a tracking number if you would like to track your item once it’s posted at the start of every month. Unfortunately we no longer ship internationally due to the high cost of postage.
Make sure the address you provide us with is correct, and that we have your authority to leave the parcel at your address if you are not there when we deliver – if the address is a unit or apartment without a safe place to leave the delivery please note that it may be taken to the closest Sendle Parcel Pick Up point – in this case a card will be left at your address (check your letterbox) with instructions, this is also automatically emailed to you. We ship all orders during the first 7 days of the month, regardless of when your order was placed/payment was processed in the month prior.
Once posted, Australia post takes 2 -7 days to deliver within Aus, depending on your location. Please contact us for your tracking number.
We take no responsibility (or refund) for lost or stolen packages if they have been marked as ‘delivered’ by Australia Post, but we will always happily provide you with the tracking number for your item. Please contact Australia Post directly with this number, and also don’t forget to contact your local post office as your parcel may have been delivered there for you to pick up.

Please note: we will only feature products which are free of all animal ingredients, not tested on animals (or beauty products that are sold into the Chinese market and/or via a Chinese distributor), and completely 100% palm oil free (including all derivatives).
I’D LIKE TO BUY THE VEGAN BOX, BUT IM NOT VEGAN…IS THERE ENOUGH IN THERE TO INTEREST ME?
The contents of The Vegan Box are handpicked to appeal to everyone – female, male, young or old! You will discover a huge variety of ecofriendly cruelty free products….our aim is not to be vegan exclusive, but rather to encourage everyone to try a little more ‘vegan’ in their everyday life!
WHY IS MY BOX SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO MY FRIENDS?
On the rare occasion, one or two products may differ between boxes – this is due to stock issues from our wonderful suppliers. We will always endeavour to ensure the alternate products are of an equal value.
DOES THE VEGAN BOX COME OUT EVERY MONTH OF THE YEAR?
Yes, every single month there is a new box to discover. How cool is that! The Beauty Box comes out every 2nd month of the year (bimonthly)
IS THE VEGAN BOX GLUTEN FREE?
Most of the time it is! But if this is a dietary requirement of yours, please select the ‘gluten free’ option when ordering and we can double triple check that we switch anything containing gluten to a GF free item instead.
DO YOU CATER FOR NUT FREE/SOY FREE/ALLERGY DIETS?
We can assure that every item inside our boxes is VEGAN and cruelty free, also gluten free (but not appropriate for those who are allergic to gluten due to potential cross contamination) but unfortunately we cannot ensure that boxes are free of any other allergens, such as nuts/soy/coconut etc
MY VEGAN BOX HASN’T ARRIVED YET, HELP!
Please email us with your order name/number and we will send you your tracking number. All orders are posted out within the first 10 days of the month- please account for this when waiting on your delivery. Generally Australia post delivers within 5days – but can take 7-8days if you’re in WA, NT, and TNQ.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Sure can, anytime you like!
There’s no lock in contract, and you can sign back up to receive The Vegan Box whenever suits you.
All you need to do is sign in to your account (which is automatically made for you when you first order from us) then cancel your subscription.
You’ll need to action this a minimum of 48hrs before the date of payment processing (the date of the month you originally signed up).
Once payment has been processed we cannot refund or cancel your order. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on boxes, or their contents, once they have been posted, unless they are faulty.
