The ‘Dairy-Free Chocolatier’, Rebecca Bennett takes the utmost in care to make her chocy-licious treats silky smooth. Everything is made in small batches using premium quality ingredients like the organic couverture chocolate from Belgian, and as many other fair trade and organic ingredients as she can get her hands on.
